Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to build, maintain and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. You will manage Linux-based production systems, support Windows when needed, and improve platform reliability with ELK/Prometheus.

The role includes developing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, enhancing automation and security. You will collaborate with software teams in an Agile setup to ensure smooth delivery and contribute to the continuous evolution of our

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure or SRE roles.
• Hands-on with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or Swarm).
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Zabbix).
• Good understanding of networking/ production environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• DevSecOps and infrastructure security experience is a plus.

• Build, maintain and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/Docker Swarm
• Maintain and troubleshoot primarily Linux-based production environments, while also supporting Windows systems when needed
• Monitor, investigate and improve platform reliability using tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus and similar technologies
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab to enable reliable and automated deployments
• Improve infrastructure automation, security and operational best practices
• Collaborate closely with software developers in an Agile environment to support application delivery
• Support the continuous evolution of our cloud platform as our products and customer base grow

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a similar role
• Strong hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
• Solid Linux administration and scripting skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as ELK Stack, Prometheus or Zabbix
• A good understanding of networking, infrastructure and production environments
• Professional working proficiency in English
