Job summary

NCC Industry Oy in Turku is expanding its project portfolio and seeks a Design Manager / Project Manager to lead design activities across multiple projects.

Based at our Turku office by the river, you will coordinate architects and engineers, manage design schedules and costs, drive risk control, and collaborate with clients, authorities, production, and procurement to ensure successful project delivery from development to execution.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in diverse project management tasks.
• Experience in development management and design supervision is an advantage.
• Understand project management, cost control and building regulations and their impact on design decisions.
• Able to manage design activities for several projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; experience with collaborative projects is valued.

Responsibilities
