Job summary

Visio Yritys Oy in Oulu is seeking a motivated demolition worker to perform manual demolition and chiselling in renovation and retrofit projects. You will prepare sites and break out materials to lay the groundwork for upcoming construction phases.

You should have experience with demolition and chiselling, be in good physical condition, hold a valid työturvallisuuskortti (occupational safety card) or be able to obtain one before starting, and have good Finnish language skills to follow safety

Job description

We are seeking a motivated demolition worker in Oulu. The job involves general demolition and breaking out materials in renovation and retrofit projects. You will perform manual demolition and chiselling, helping lay the groundwork for upcoming construction phases.

Requirements include experience with demolition and chiselling, good physical condition, a valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) or the ability to obtain one before starting, good Finnish language skills to follow safety and supervision instructions, and high work ethic and reliability.

The role is with Visio Yritys Oy but the work sites are at client locations in Oulu.

Start date is August. Task-specific pay is based on experience and will follow Building Sector collective agreement. Salary paid twice a month. Travel to/within sites may be required.
