Job summary

Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut Pohjois-Pohjanmaa Oy is seeking an energetic demolition worker for sites in Oulu. Start is August, with immediate onboarding.

You will perform manual demolition, chipping, and essential preparatory tasks for upcoming construction phases across renovation projects. Candidate must have demolition experience, stay in good physical condition, hold a valid safety card, and understand Finnish safety instructions.

Job description

We are looking for energetic demolition workers in Oulu. Do you enjoy honest, heavy-duty physical work where you tear down the old to make way for the new? Our client is seeking a proactive and hardworking demolition worker. The employment contract is signed with Visio Yritys Oy, but the work takes place at our client's sites and construction projects in Oulu. NOTE! Work starts immediately in August.

Job Description

Your tasks will consist of diverse demolition work in renovation and remodeling projects. The work mainly involves manual demolition and chipping. In this role, you will perform essential preparatory work for future construction phases.

To apply for this position, you should have:

• Experience in demolition and chipping – you are familiar with manual demolition and the use of a chipping hammer.
• Good physical condition – the work is heavy and requires endurance and a proactive attitude.
• A valid occupational safety card – if you do not have one yet, it must be completed successfully before starting work.
• Good Finnish language skills – you are able to understand and follow occupational safety and work management instructions in Finnish.
• High work ethic and reliability – you are punctual, perform your work carefully, and follow agreed schedules.
