Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead one of our largest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The role involves managing all stages from pre-construction to close-out, with potential for significant international travel to the Nordics.

You will oversee HSE culture, IMS, schedule, and budget, coordinating with clients, general contractors, and Owner’s Representatives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of hyperscale facilities.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Contractual and commercial understanding of multiple forms of contract.
• Track record in delivery of large critical infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of HSE in construction.
• Ability to manage technical disciplines and client interfaces.
• Experience with managing large teams and hyperscale data centre projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects from pre-construction through close out.
• Coordinate Master Project Schedule and Budget with client and general contractor.
• Manage IMS, HSE culture, and project controls to deliver on time and on budget.
