• Over 3 years of experience managing technical support teams in a data center or similar environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with server hardware, GPU systems, and fiber networks.
• Understanding of data center operations, enterprise networking, ITIL/ITSM.
• Basic Linux/Unix skills.
• Proven KPI and incident management skills.
• Analytical skills and proactive ownership under pressure.
• Excellent English skills.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure.
• Serve as primary escalation point for incidents.
• Monitor SLA, KPI and incident resolutions.
• Oversee proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors and maintain support processes.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and field network engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters
• Ensure high availability and reliability of GPU clusters and IT infrastructure
• Act as the primary escalation point
• Monitor SLA, KPI, incident resolution
• Oversee proactive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with vendors
• Maintain support processes
• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities

Qualifications
