Overview

We are looking for a Data Systems Specialist for CRM Salesforce. You will be part of our Information System development team that cooperates with management, business units and especially with our sales, PMO and marketing.

Your job as a specialist is to take ownership of the development of our CRM system to support our business growth. You achieve this by translating business needs into practical technical solutions. Furthermore, success in this role requires close collaboration with CRM users and other stakeholders to streamline and automate our core processes.

In addition to the above, the duties include providing support, conducting user training, and carrying out development tasks, as well as promoting the use of other key systems that support our business.

Your office can be either in Turku, Espoo, Tampere, Jyväskylä or Oulu.

• Commercial or technical background relevant to the role.
• Experience in sales and marketing processes as well as support tasks.
• Understanding of project management processes.
• Proven experience in CRM Salesforce usage at the administrator level.
• Understanding software structures, configurations and user interfaces of information systems.
• Basic knowledge of software development is an advantage.
• Experience with artificial intelligence is an advantage.
• Flexibility, negotiation skills and communication skills, as well as readiness to work in different operating environments.
• An independent and bold approach and a desire to learn new things.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, other languages are considered an asset.
• Readiness to travel in Finland and, if necessary, abroad.
