Nordea in Helsinki is looking for a Data Intelligence AI and Automation Engineer to join the Test team in the Credit Information Capability Service Domain. You will work with QA engineering to deliver high quality data products that support Capital and Credit Data Foundation.

You will lead data validation initiatives, perform in-depth data analysis, transform manual processes into automated solutions, and ensure compliance with quality standards across the development lifecycle.

You will be working with QA engineering for Capital and Credit Data Foundation by delivering great quality data products that enable business processes with large financial and strategic impact. About Our Team

You will be part of the Credit Information capability Domain and be an essential part of the Quality Assurance & testing team responsible to ensure the best quality delivery. We support our Information Capability customer processes in line with the ECB regulation. We are working on redefining the capital and credit data foundation.

As we are a growing team and modernizing our tech stack, you will have the chance to influence our culture and working tools and work together with other test engineers, architects, scrum masters, product managers, analysts and much more.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead comprehensive data validation initiatives to ensure the highest quality standards across Information Capability
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify, investigate, and help developer to resolve critical issues before they impact our business
• Transform manual processes into intelligent, scalable automated solutions that drive efficiency
• Champion quality assurance by representing the QA team in release coordination activities
• Maintain strict adherence to NQS (quality standards) processes throughout the development lifecycle
• Monitor and track key metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure full compliance
• Act as the central coordination point between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution

• Computer Engineering, Engineering BSc or other relevant fields
• Quality obsession problem solver who have an eagle eye for detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• An Automation Enthusiast who leveraging AI and automation to transform traditional testing approaches
• Natural Collaborator who coordinating across teams and know how to keep everyone aligned toward common goal
