Job summary

Coragrid is seeking a Software Engineer - Data Infrastructure to build production pipelines, data quality systems, and lineage tools behind private-market intelligence. You will help acquire raw public and commercial data, transform it into reliable company intelligence, evaluate quality, preserve lineage, and deliver it into APIs, retrieval workflows, exports, and internal tools.

The role sits at the intersection of software engineering, data infrastructure, and product-quality data workflows;

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional software engineering, data engineering, data science, or strong equivalent project experience.
• Programming fundamentals: write clear, tested code in Rust, Go, Python, TypeScript, Java, C#, Scala, or similar.
• Data systems basics: structured data, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT workflows, or production data pipelines.
• Database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Next
• Engineering workflow: Git, testing, code review, CI, build, deployment, logs, monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build production data pipelines that acquire, parse, normalize, enrich, evaluate, and deliver private-company data at scale.
• Create data lineage tools that show data origin, changes, quality checks, and usage.
• Preserve evidence, URLs, documents, timestamps, raw source context, and quality signals next to outputs.
• Develop internal data refinement tools to store, access, inspect, and reuse large data volumes.
• Design quality checks, monitoring, and feedback loops to improve accuracy, freshness, and completeness.
• Improve platform reliability around PostgreSQL, object storage, queues, containers, and deployment workflows.
