Job summary

Swedium Global Services AB in Oulu is looking for a Data Engineer to build and evolve our data platform, enabling analytics across the organization. You will model business logic, develop data pipelines, and deliver data models for decision making.

You will use SQL and Python, apply CI/CD practices, and work with cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure). Fluent Finnish and English are required, and there is flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL: diagnose discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Python expertise to expand and maintain data flows.
• Understand software development practices: VCS, testing, CI/CD.
• Experience with a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled person to developdata platform and analytics.In our small team, the areas of responsibility are extensive and the work is diverse: you get to influence operating methods, try new things and leave your mark on the everyday life of Finland's largest used car store.

In everyday life, this means that each figure must be justified: what it means, where it is calculated from and who is responsible for it. We use modern tools and artificial intelligence in our work. Our office is located in Oulu, but you can also work flexibly remotely. We use flexible working hours.
