Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an Energy Marshall to lead the energy isolation program management at the site for MEP energy.

You will ensure all activities related to energy isolation are coordinated and executed according to established policies and procedures, with a focus on safety and compliance. You will audit procedures, support testing of installations, manage electrical infrastructures from 20kVA to LV circuits, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Ensure safe working conditions established by reviewing procedures, permits and auditing the energy isolation program for construction, commissioning, maintenance and operations.
• Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to test/validate installation, operation and performance of MEP systems.
• Support management of electrical infrastructures across datacentre campuses from a single large facility to several smaller ones.
• Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety teams to drive Operational Excellence in Control of Hazardous Energy.
• Train new and existing staff in Energy Isolation processes and procedures.
• Manage permits/LOTOS and chair weekly meetings with vendors and the client.
• Manage 20kVA system through to final LV circuits.
