Job summary

Tekniq Oy is seeking a Site Delivery Manager for an international data center project in Lahti, Finland. You will oversee on-site delivery, coordinate equipment arrivals, installation activities, and commissioning support, while working with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and management teams to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires a technical background in Electrical/Mechanical disciplines, 3–5 years in related sectors, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data centers, MEP projects, power systems, industrial facilities, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes from design through commissioning.
• Ability to evaluate installation progress, delivery risks, and technical issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors and suppliers.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site delivery activities after equipment arrival.
• Support delivery planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Participate in daily and weekly site meetings.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support equipment inspections and acceptance activities.
• Monitor installation and commissioning progress.
• Identify risks and escalate issues when required.
• Track project milestones and delivery performance.
• Collect and report site progress information to project management.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
