Job summary

Manning Global in Helsinki, Finland is seeking a qualified Data Center Project Specialist Consultant to support an upcoming 12‑month initiative onsite in Helsinki. The role focuses on documentation, meeting coordination, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Be responsible for writing, transferring, and checking project documents, and uploading/archiving them to the system.

• Assist with project director platform operation, run routine checks, and cooperate with all relative parties to meet KPI.

This engagement focuses strictly on achieving key milestones as per the SOW.

Scope of Work:

• Be responsible for document management, such as writing, transferring, and checking project process and process documents, and uploading and archiving documents to the system, and communicating with GGM/CX documentation manager.
• Support project director to organize internal Meeting and record meeting minutes, following the action point.
• Responsible for Project director platform operation, project routine control self-check, Cooperate with all relatives to achieve KPI.
