Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an OFCI/LLE Manager to oversee all Owner Furnished Contractor Installed and Long Lead Equipment workstreams on a mission-critical data centre project. On-site role reporting to the Project Lead and PMC Directors, you will coordinate interfaces among Client, OEMs, vendors, logistics providers and contractors.

The role requires proactive management of procurement interfaces, manufacturing status, logistics, site readiness and installation coordination to ensure

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing OFCI and/or major equipment packages on large‑scale projects.
• Strong understanding of major MEP equipment including generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS, chillers and cooling systems.
• Strong logistics and supply chain management experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and vendor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Lead and PMC Directors; manage OFCI and LLE packages from procurement through handover.
• Coordinate with client procurement teams and vendors; attend vendor progress meetings and factory reviews.
• Manage shipping, customs, freight forwarding and site delivery activities; plan for oversized equipment deliveries.
• Ensure installation is ready by coordinating with CSA and MEP teams and following approved drawings.
• Identify delays and risks; escalate critical path concerns to leadership; maintain risk and recovery plans.
• Support commissioning activities (FAT, SAT) and handover to operations.
