Google LLC is seeking a field mechanical engineer to support the Finland campus within the Data Center Services. You will collaborate with the TPM and coordinate with engineers to ensure mechanical installations meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

The role focuses on optimizing for efficiency and driving improvements across complex mechanical systems. You will serve as the primary contact among Google, PMC, AE, and SPC, supervising installation activities and interfacing with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in managing construction projects.
• Experience with data center equipment and facility mechanical systems.
• Experience with switchgear, generators, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive project mechanical outcomes of high complexity and scope, coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to project mechanical scoping, direction, and allocation of resources within the project.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure design, scope, schedule, quality, commissioning, and safety for mechanical discipline.
• Troubleshoot advanced mechanical system events and help develop cross-project procedures to align with multiple teams.
