Job summary

DayOne seeks a Maintenance Planner for its Lahti data center project, overseeing maintenance planning to assure reliable operation of critical infrastructure. You will coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance with engineers, technicians, vendors and contractors, ensuring accurate, up-to-date maintenance data and plans.

You will support lifecycle planning, change management, and budget-related activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance within a 24/7 operational

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning in a critical environment or data center.
• Strong experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience supporting technical teams and 24/7 operational environments.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in planning, documentation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning and Coordination: plan and coordinate asset management services including preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Support condition monitoring and lifecycle planning activities.
• Ensure maintenance work is performed per manufacturer and company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and upgrade projects with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain CMMS data and documentation; prepare 52-week maintenance plan.
