Job summary

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a professional site-based Project Manager to deliver PM services for data centers under Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, with emphasis on OFCI equipment. You will support Directors, administrate contracts, and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in large-scale construction, strong MEP knowledge, and excellent English. Nordic experience is a plus; EU work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of MEP equipment and data center specifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• EU work eligibility; Nordics experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management services for data centers construction projects.
• Support Directors in delivering business objectives and service quality.
• Coordinate MEP design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
• Mentor and lead team members; manage vendor networks and progress reporting.
• Prepare bids and oversee service delivery for profit.
