Job summary

Enko Group Finland is seeking a detail-oriented Multilingual Data Annotator for our client, a technology research center in Helsinki. You will annotate text and images to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural nuance, and perform anonymization using internal tools.

The role requires revising guidelines, tagging multilingual text, correcting machine translations, and reviewing anonymized outputs. Initial contract is 3 months, on-site in Helsinki.

Enko Group is looking for a detail-oriented Multilingual Data Annotator for our client, a technology research center in Helsinki.

In this role, you will evaluate, correct, and tag both text data and images to help ensure AI systems operate with maximum linguistic accuracy and cultural nuance.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Text Annotation: Revise guidelines and review multilingual text to tag labels and correct machine-translated text in accordance with local language and culture.
• Image Annotation: Review and correct the bounding boxes around objects of interest in images.
• Anonymization: Perform anonymization using an internal tool and review the anonymized results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Modern Languages, Translation Studies, Humanities, Cultural Studies, Cognitive Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow detailed and structured annotation guidelines to ensure data consistency.
• A strong quality mindset.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to enjoy working in a multicultural team.

Location & Contract Type

This is a full-time position (part-time may also be possible) based on-site at an R&D office in Helsinki.

You will be employed by Enko Group and work as a consultant with our client. The initial contract period is 3 months.
