Job summary

WithSecure is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support customers and partners in the DACH region and beyond. You will help optimise security postures and drive lasting value from our cybersecurity solutions.

We welcome both recent graduates and experienced practitioners, offering broad ownership from day one. The role emphasizes proactive troubleshooting, clear communication, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English required for this role.
• Entry level or graduate accepted; strong fundamentals and curiosity in cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to read and analyse technical information and logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Perform triage, log analysis and root-cause investigations; escalate as needed.
• Explain complex issues clearly and empathetically to customers with varied backgrounds.
• Create and refine knowledge articles using KCS methodology.
• Collaborate with product engineering, sales, threat intelligence and internal teams.
