Customer Service Specialist – Espoo, Finland

We are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, be able to handle multiple situations simultaneously, have knowledge of ERP systems and digital solutions, and be able to work accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer advice via phone and email
  • Registering orders and handling complaints and returns
  • Using our digital systems
  • Managing customer base information
  • Supporting our product experts
  • Processing information and tasks in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Some experience in similar tasks
  • Interest in new technologies, systems, and digital workflows
  • Excellent Finnish language skills and good English language skills
