Overview

We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key player in ensuring smooth operations to our customers. The position is in Järvelä but we work in a flexible hybrid model. This is a fixed term substitution until the end of 2027.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Overseeing and contributing to the entire order processing lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Contract Management: Maintaining and updating contract prices and terms to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Monitoring: Actively monitoring receivables and credit limits.
  • Claim Resolution: Efficiently handling customer claims.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitoring and reporting on customer-specific budgets.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintaining customer information across various systems.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports, including the status of overdue receivables.
  • Export Coordination: Organizing and coordinating export deliveries.
  • Billing & Reporting: Managing internal and external billing and reporting at month-end and year-end (e.g., Intrastat, by-products, Statistics Finland).
  • Sales Support: Supporting the sales team and maintaining active communication with customers.
What We Expect From You
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business College Diploma, or equivalent commercial education, or solid experience in similar roles.
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both Finnish and English is essential for success in this position. Additional language skills are considered a significant advantage.
  • Supply Chain Understanding: A deep understanding of the entire order-to-delivery supply chain and the ability to manage it effectively.
  • Accuracy and Meticulousness: You are naturally precise and careful in your work, comfortable with details and ensuring everything is correct.
  • Prioritization Skills: The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently, even during busy periods and under pressure.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine customer-service-oriented mindset, enjoying interaction and collaboration with clients.
  • Teamwork Skills: You are an excellent team player, capable of seamless collaboration with colleagues and various stakeholders.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills and familiarity with various systems used in daily work.
