Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a global leader in the data centre sector, is seeking a CSA Project Manager with civil, structural and architectural expertise for a flagship, mission-critical project in Finland.

This senior, permanent role offers full project ownership and leadership across design and construction, with a highly competitive package and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Must have CSA delivery experience on data centre or large-scale construction projects.
• Solid background in civil, structural or architectural disciplines.
• Experience in contractor, consultancy or client-side environments.
• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle from groundworks to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSA scope from early works through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and consultants across civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Monitor programme, quality, cost and risk within CSA works.
• Ensure works align with design, specs and timelines.
• Support commissioning and handover phases in coordination with MEP teams.
• Report progress, risks and issues to senior leadership.
• Drive health & safety and quality standards across site.

We’re partnering with a global leader in the data centre industry to recruit an exceptional CSA Project Managerwith a Civil, Structural & Architectural background & for a flagship, mission-critical project in Finland. This is a senior, permanent opportunity offering a highly competitive package, bonus potential, and a strong pipeline of major European projects. We’re looking for an experienced leader with proven hyperscale data centre delivery expertise, strong CSA knowledge, and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.

This is a Permanent residential role based in Finland.
