Viking Line is looking for a structured CRM & Marketing Analyst to optimize marketing through data analysis and reporting. Are you an analytical person with an interest in reporting, customer and market research, CRM, and how data can be used to optimize digital marketing? Viking Line is now looking for a structured CRM & Marketing Analyst to maintain our ongoing customer and market reporting, as well as to measure and analyze data-driven communication such as newsletters, marketing automation, and paid media. This role is essential for ensuring continuity, quality, and development in our data-driven work.
Location: Mariehamn, Turku, or Helsinki
Main responsibilities:
– Monthly and ad hoc reporting on Viking Lines customer and market surveys, as well as key metrics from the loyalty program.
– Operational support in segmentation, marketing automation, and other digital communication.
– Reporting and analysis of activations via email campaigns, paid media, etc., across all markets.
– Participation in projects and development processes.
We are looking for someone who:
– Has a strong interest and aptitude for analysis and can work independently.
– Has experience in reporting, customer surveys, analysis, and digital marketing.
– Has good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Adobe Campaign (considered a plus).
– Can work both with operational reporting and with a development-oriented mindset.
– Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience and a university-level degree.
– Has proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, and English (preferred).

About the recruitment:
This is a full-time permanent position with a six-month probation period. We would like you to start as soon as possible.
