Overview

The successful applicant will be able to work at our offices in Lviv, Kyiv, Warsaw, Spain, Helsinki or remotely from these locations.

Responsibilities
  • Actively oversee, guide, develop, and produce exceptional creative briefs, scripts, and concepts specifically crafted for casual game marketing campaigns.
  • Participate directly in the creative process, contributing hands-on to the creation of assets, concepts, and campaigns alongside the team.
  • Implement industry best practices and innovative methodologies to maximize the impact of creative campaigns. Identify and incorporate new creative formats, styles, and approaches to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of marketing efforts for casual audiences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep the Casual Hub’s creative approach competitive and fresh.
  • Leverage performance analytics to inform, refine, and optimize creative strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with KPIs.
  • Collaborate proactively with Product Marketing and User Acquisition teams to align creative assets seamlessly with campaign strategies.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, distilling key insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the team of creative managers, artists, and designers, focused on casual gaming titles.
  • Collaborate closely with internal research teams to gain insights into consumer behaviors, market dynamics, and competitor creative strategies.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables uphold Plarium’s marketing standards, brand identity, and quality benchmarks.

  • 5+ years of experience in creative roles (Creative Director, Senior Creative Manager) within the gaming industry, specifically focused on casual or mobile games.
  • Proven track record in leading creative teams and managing performance-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging analytics to enhance creative performance.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of gaming audience behaviors, preferences, and trends.
  • Proficient in creative software tools and familiarity with current digital marketing practices.
