About the Rolefischer is a well-established player in the international market, and we have ambitious growth plans for Finland. We are now looking for an experienced and results-oriented Country Sales Manager to lead our Finnish organization toward continued success.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with operational responsibility, working closely with both customers and your team. You will lead a dedicated sales team and collaborate with our Nordic and global network of experts in product development, supply chain, and support.
You will be responsible for the overall business performance (P&L) and report directly to our Nordic Director. The office is located in Espoo, but candidates may live elsewhere as long as they are open to regular travel to the office.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Finnish market in line with the company’s overall goals
- Strengthen the fischer’s position in the market through stronger presence both towards distributors and end-customers
- Sales/negotiations with key customers and retail chains, in close cooperation with the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to realizing them
- Lead and develop the team to achieve shared goals, and establish processes and structures to ensure consistent and effective market development
- Responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning
About YouWe are looking for a driven and experienced leader with a proven track record in sales and leadership, preferably from the building materials or related industry.
You are commercially minded, customer-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships with both clients and team members. At the same time, you are strategic and goal-oriented, with a clear focus on growth and innovation.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in the building materials industry, with knowledge of both retail and direct sales
- Leadership experience, and experience in leading sales teams
- Experience with sales and negotiations with major retail chains and end customers/projects
- Strong skills in financial analysis and business development
- Excellent execution capabilities and an inspiring leadership style
- Fluent in Finnish and English is required
