Our client is looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of our Finnish business — someone ready to shape the vision, drive expansion, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

This is a long-term leadership role for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution — building structure and leading by example in the early stages, then scaling the business toward a regional success story.
