Job summary

Bondata Lapland is hiring two professional cooks to work at Invisible Forest Lodge in Rovaniemi for winter season 2026-2027. You will handle breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dishes, with shifts in morning or evening and responsibilities across hot/cold sections and cleaning.

Salary is based on skills and experience, and shared accommodation in Rovaniemi can be arranged. Experience in Finnish Lapland cooking, English proficiency, and a hygienic approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking tasks in Nordic/Lapland settings preferred.
• Proficiency in English for international guests and colleagues.
• Hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one at start of employment.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to kitchen guidelines for breakfast, lunch and à la carte.

Job description

Are you professional COOK we are looking for? We are seeking two professional cooks to work at Invisible Forest Lodge in Rovaniemi during winter season 2026-2027! The restaurant of this unique destination offers delicious brekfast, lunch and ala carte served as plated meals.

As a cook you will work at morning or evening shifts. During your shift your responsibilities will include preparation, preparing dishes according to the kitchens guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. Your duties will involve working in both the hot and cold kitchen as well as taking care of dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning tasks. During your shift you will work closely with the kitchen team, waitstaff and reception.

Full-time work (average 112.5 hours/3 weeks) is available for the entire winter season from the start of November to the end of February. We follow the collective agreement for the tourism and restaurant industry. The salary is based on skills and experience. The employment relationship will be established between Bondata and the employee and shared accommodation in city of Rovaniemi can be arranged if needed.
