Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure.
• Strong cabling and server hardware experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments.
• Professional English communication and on-site availability.
• Data center and network certifications preferred (CDCP/CDCS, CCNA, CompTIA Network+).

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
