Job description

We are seeking skilled construction workers for the Kanta-Häme region. You will work on diverse construction sites with our clients, including new build and renovation projects. Your tasks will be determined by your skills and strengths, and you will be able to apply your experience across a variety of projects. We require at least one year of experience as a construction worker and readiness for brisk and independent work. Your workday will consist of varied and physically demanding construction tasks. Tasks may include, for example, framing, concreting, formwork, carpentry, and interior finishing, as well as assisting with different construction and installation tasks according to your competence. This is a continuous recruitment; we hire construction workers regularly for our clients' sites with roles matching their capabilities. We value proactive and responsible work attitude, good teamwork, and flexibility in changing work environments. You will succeed in the role by taking on new tasks with a confident and professional mindset.

Requirements:

• at least 1 year of construction work experience
• fluent Finnish
• minimum age 18
• valid occupational safety card

Salary: €15-€16 per hour. In addition, TES-based separate pay of 7.7% and 18.5% vacation pay are paid.

Work at Tocca: on a casual and project-based basis at various sites; possibility of longer-term employment.
