Job description

We are seeking energetic and motivated building labourers for the Helsinki metropolitan area. The client is an experienced operator specializing in repairs, renovations and alterations of schools, kindergartens and other public spaces. You will work on meaningful projects as part of a skilled team. There are assignments of varying durations—from permanent to fixed-term to casual work—depending on availability. The role offers a versatile set of tasks on site as a foundation for a career in the construction field: site logistics, protective measures, demolition work, and maintaining general site cleanliness. You will also assist professionals in various tasks, with room for growth based on your experience. Days on site will be varied.

Requirements include: age of majority, positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop in the construction field, reasonably good physical condition, valid occupational safety card (assistance with obtaining/renewal), at least basic Finnish, and a construction-related qualification or previous construction experience is advantageous but enthusiasm matters most.
