Job summary

ProROSTERI Henkilöstöratkaisut Oy is seeking energetic construction labourers for the Tampere region. You will assist skilled carpenters on ongoing projects, participate in demolition and protection work, and help with cleaning, lifting and clearing tasks.

Applicants should have prior construction experience, a valid occupational safety card, Finnish language skills and a driving license with access to a car; a driving license is an advantage.

Job description

We are looking for energetic and eager-to-learn construction labourers for the Tampere region.

Tasks include:

• assisting skilled carpenters with ongoing construction work
• demolition and protection work
• cleaning, lifting and clearing tasks

Job sites are mainly in the Tampere area, but work may also occur in nearby municipalities.

We expect applicants to have the following qualifications:

• prior experience in the construction field
• a valid occupational safety card
• Finnish language skills
• a good attitude toward physical work
• a driving license with access to a car

A driving license and access to a car are considered an advantage.

Jobs are temporary, with durations ranging from a few days to several months with one employer.

Work on both new-build and renovation projects.

Pay is determined by the applicant’s experience and competence (base on the construction sector collective agreement TES).

The work starts as soon as suitable workers are found.
