Job summary

ICDS Recruitment Consultants Ltd. is helping a Tier 1 Irish contractor recruit a Construction Director to lead Finland operations on major, technically demanding projects. The role reports to the MD and drives strategy, delivery and client relationships across the region.

The package includes an executive salary plus bonus, allowances, car, pension, accommodation or rotation, medical, flights and visa support, with a total package in the €250k–€300k range.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction at Project/Construction Director level.
• Proven delivery of large-scale, technical builds (preferably data centres).
• Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen.
• Scandinavian/European market knowledge is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finland operations for major projects and report to the MD.
• Oversee strategy, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
• Drive performance, growth, and compliance across the region.
• Lead project phases from pre-construction to handover.
• Act as main liaison for clients and stakeholders.
