We are now looking for a Concept Manager to join our GEO Solutions team.

For nearly 20 years, Adven has been designing and delivering tailor-made energy solutions for large real estate properties such as shopping centers, offices, and logistics facilities. Our solutions are primarily based on geoenergy – geothermal heating and cooling – and can be combined with solar power to create smart, sustainable systems.

Our business is growing strongly, and we are now expanding to Norway. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this growth journey. We have strong customer references and are the market leader inour targeted market segment.

Your role

As a Concept Manager, you will be responsible for developing customized geoenergy and heat pump solutions for our real estate customers. You will:

• Collect and analyze real estate energy data
• Conduct site visits and software simulations
• Design HVAC systems
• Design automation and electrical connections in cooperation with Adven’s partners
• Apply your expertise in heat pump and geo-drilling technologies
• Prepare pre-studies for our customers in close cooperation with our sales team

What we expect from you

• Relevant engineering education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or similar)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in geothermal, heat pump, or refrigeration technologies
• Skills in design programs (CADS, AutoCAD, CADMATIC, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of electrical, automation, and IT systems
• A proactive, open-minded, and innovative mindset
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English

The position is based at Adven’s headquarters in Vantaa and requires some travel to our GEO sites. We offer a flexible hybrid work model combining remote and office work.
