Job description

We are looking for askilled and proactive Compliance Manager to join a hyperscale data centerproject in the Kymenlaakso region. In this role, you will ensure that allproject activities comply with Finnish laws and regulations, includingcontractor obligations (tilaajavastuu), permits, and other legal requirements.

You will play a keyrole in ensuring that everything is done correctly and in accordance with localcompliance standards.

KeyResponsibilities

– Ensure fullcompliance with Finnish contractor obligations and legislation
– Oversee permitprocesses and regulatory documentation
– Liaise withauthorities and ensure legal adherence
– Support audits andinternal compliance reviews
– Provide guidance tothe project team on compliance matters

Requirements
