A prominent embassy role is available in Helsinki, focusing on customer service and administrative duties. Answering the phone, directing calls to correct recipients. Monitoring embassy mailbox and directing requests to correct recipients. Greeting visitors and taking care of the guest log. Assisting in organizing embassy events including receptions, cultural events, and seminars. Updating the contact and supplier lists. Researching suppliers and requesting quotes as advised. Other duties may include arranging and scheduling meetings for embassy staff, drafting documents and official correspondence, inputting financial entries as well as undertaking other duties as required.
