About The Role: So, what is FutuCare? It’s Futurice’s approach to long-term care of digital products and platforms – making sure that systems and platforms in production are not only running reliably, but also evolving. Our FutuCare team of 60+ professionals works in DevOps teams that take care of a set of clients and projects. We focus on continuous development, not just maintenance, and we aim to deliver real value to our clients over the long term.

We are now building a new team to serve our clients’ cloud and developer platform maintenance and development needs. This new team would consist of Cloud/DevOps Engineers and cloud-enthusiastic developers. If you are comfortable developing and maintaining services that run in the cloud, and the cloud platforms they run on top, this is the right place for you.

In More Detail, We Hope You Will

• Define yourself as a hands-on Cloud/DevOps Engineer who can code or a developer who is comfortable with cloud platforms, with at least few years of professional experience
• Experience of one or multiple public clouds. AWS and Azure are the most common choices of our clients, but there are some GCP implementations also
• Familiar with IaC tools and pipelines
• Understand that the tech stack itself can vary, since we work with multiple modern stacks
• Value and practice good communication - you should be fluent in at least English and Finnish
• A proactive attitude and fast learning will take you far!

For Seniors, We Also Appreciate

• Possess the wisdom of production and a continuous services mindset. The long tail of production, continuous development and optimization is familiar to you
• Ability to think of the service's lifetime value. Your goal is to find the best solutions for the projects and create value for the client.
• Deeper understanding of cloud services. You can have shallow but broad cloud knowledge or be an expert in some niche.

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. For this role, the on-target compensation varies between 3528-5638€ on a monthly basis depending on the career level.
