Job summary

Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance representative in Finland to manage clinical trial sites and support patient recruitment. You will be the primary contact for patients, screen participants with a service mindset, and help doctors and patients connect efficiently.

Required are Finnish (native) and English, with background in nursing, CRA, or medical roles, plus phone/email customer service experience. Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Finnish mother tongue and English proficiency.
• Experience as a Nurse, CRA, or related medical role.
• Experience handling customer requests by phone and email.
• Knowledge of medical topics and patient screening.
• Well-organized with a confident, customer-focused approach.
• Able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the contact person for patients.
• Screen patients with pure customer service focus (no sales).
• Assist doctors and patients in connecting with each other.
