As a Cleaning Team Leader at Coor, you play a key role in making our customers everyday lives better. We value your ideas, initiatives, and new ways of doing things.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced TEAM LEADER for cleaning services to join our team! Looking for new opportunities? Then we're looking for you!

At Coor, you'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself and grow in your role as part of a larger team. This is a permanent and full-time position (37.5 hours/week). Working hours are scheduled between 8:00 and 23:00, and you'll work both in morning and evening shifts as needed. You'll have flexible options to plan your own work. The position starts on November 1, 2025, and the salary is based on the collective agreement for the property services sector. You will work in an office building in Ruoholahti, close to good public transport connections.

What does a Team Leader’s day look like?

You won't get bored in this role - your days will fly by as you work with great colleagues to improve our customers' daily lives. As a Team Leader, you'll be the right hand of the Site Manager. You'll ensure smooth daily operations and satisfaction for both customers and employees. When needed, you'll also jump in to support field operations.

Your tasks will include:

• Onboarding of new employees and work supervision
• Quality inspections
• Attending customer meetings
• Participating in substitute planning
• Planning cleaning tasks
• Ordering supplies

What do we expect from you?

You have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people. You know how to motivate and guide others in cleaning tasks. You're approachable, but also capable of making quick decisions when needed.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in cleaning (minimum 3 years)
• Vocational qualification in cleaning services
• Basic IT skills
• Fluent English skills (Finnish is an advantage)
• Occupational safety card and hygiene pass (can be obtained after starting)
