We are looking for Cleaners in Tampere.

At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be a hotel where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday, mainly during morning shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for the cleanliness of hotel rooms and other customer service tasks related to cleaning services.

Job Details

We offer a fixed-term, part-time employment contract of 10-20 hours per week. The work will begin as soon as the right person is found and will continue until December 31, 2025. The salary is determined according to the collective agreement for property services employees and depends on your duties. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which it ranges between €12.26/hour and €12.88/hour depending on the position.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work reliably and carefully as part of a team. A customer-friendly approach and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. Previous experience and/or education in cleaning work are considered an advantage but are not required.

Fluency in Finnish is not necessary if your English skills are good; in that case, a basic knowledge of Finnish is sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying for the position.
