This is a strategic leadership role that partners closely with the Country General Manager and leadership team to translate strategy into measurable results. You will orchestrate the rhythm of business, ensure operational excellence, and accelerate growth in key areas such as AI, cloud, and security—while fostering a culture of inclusion and innovation.
As a visible external spokesperson, you will represent Microsoft’s impact in Finland, showcasing how our technology and partnerships drive sustainable growth, digital transformation, and AI leadership across industries.
