The majority of our employees in Turku and Vaasa are Swedish-speaking, and Swedish language skills are an advantage in building local connections. However, this is not a requirement. As we work in an international environment, fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills, such as Finnish or Swedish, are considered a plus.
