We’ve formed a community of designers and researchers to ensure customer insights shape our products and services, where it’s all about creating helpful and accessible experiences. And it’s all about UX.

About the role

As Chapter Lead for the Finnish and Norwegian UX team, you will be leading a friendly and talented group of UX Designers in our offices in Espoo, Turku, and Vækerø. You will be driving UX design processes including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and working with our design system, ensuring we deliver on our customer promise of being the most caring insurance company.

You will foster a collaborative and supportive environment where team members can turn for sparring, sharing, and continuous learning. Your leadership will focus on competence development and nurturing a culture of feedback, encouraging personal and professional growth. Your role includes conducting development dialogues, compensation reviews, and recruitment.

As you will lead a competence chapter in a scaled agile context, with UX Designers supporting different deliveries in the organization, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the right level of design support.
