Globaalisti toimiva asiakas etsii proaktiivista Muutostiedottamisen Erityisasiantuntijaa Espoosta. Roolissa työskentelet People and Communications tiimissä tuottaen sisäistä viestintämateriaalia ja tuet tehokasta muutoksenhallintaa. Tehtäviisi kuuluu viestintäsuunnitelmien kehittäminen ja useiden sidosryhmien kanssa yhteistyö. Työtä tehdään osittain etänä ja osittain paikan päällä Keilaniemen toimistolla.

Qualifications

  • Muutama vuosi ammattikokemusta korkean laatutason materiaaleja tuottamisessa.
  • Hyvä ymmärrys viestinnästä ja muutoksen hallinnasta.
  • Sujuva suullinen ja kirjallinen englannin taito.

Responsibilities

  • Tuottaa sisäisiä viestintämateriaaleja.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Change Communication Specialist for our global client KONE in Espoo. This role offers an opportunity to make an impact by supporting strategic priority projects within the People and Communications team. About the role

As the Change Communication Specialist at KONE, you will support the People and Communications team by producing internal communication materials for key strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating project materials for internal communications and steering groups, including content such as deployment and communication plans and content for a variety of stakeholder meetings and events. You will work closely with project teams and global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization. There will be weekly onsite workdays in Keilaniemi office, but the work is also flexible and allows remote work regularly.

Work tasks
  • Producing internal communication materials
  • Working in close collaboration with the Director of Leadership & Culture, project teams, and diverse stakeholders across the global organization
  • Developing and executing deployment and communication plans for strategic initiatives together with the team
We are looking for
  • Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Few years of professional experience producing high-quality deliverables independently
  • Good understanding of communication and change management areas
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills
