Cajo Technologies is now looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused CFO to join their management team. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for Group-level financial management, accounting and management reporting, KPI harmonization, and analysis of operations and business models. The CFO will also play a key role building financial discipline, driving investor confidence, and ensuring Cajo Technologies is positioned for a successful future.

Basic Information
  • Location: Cajo’s office in Kempele (HQ) or Vantaa
  • Remote work: Flexible hybrid model that can be tailored based on both Cajo’s and your needs
  • Travelling: Willingness to travel is required
  • Permanent, full-time role
Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks
  • Oversee internal and external accounting and reporting.
  • Manage internal support functions and financial processes across the Group.
  • Prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts, together with the management.
  • Conduct forward looking financial analysis of the company’s business units and functions, with a focus on profitability, margins, pricing, and business model development.
  • Member of the management team
  • Play a central role in M&A processes including evaluation, execution, and integration.
  • Act as a regular participant in Board meetings with responsibility for financial reporting and M&A processes, and acting as secretary to the Board.
  • Coordinate key stakeholders: owners, group accounting firms, financing partners, auditors, banks, regulators, and international subsidiaries.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a growth-stage technology or industrial company, ideally in Finland or broader Europe.
  • Direct experience with M&A transactions.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation.
  • Deep understanding of Finnish and EU financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Track record of working with global investors, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture strategy.
  • Excellent English communication skills, Finnish a plus.
