Job summary

Jatkil Oy is seeking reliable, hands-on Cable Tray Installers for a data center project in Hamina, Finland. The role involves installing cable trays and ladders, brackets and mounts, and measuring points on a live site using drills and hand tools. Basic English is required and prior construction or installation experience is preferred.

Opportunities to learn and train on site, with allowances and day shifts. Start date to be agreed; 20 positions available. Wage: €16/hour, with allowances.

Cable Tray Installers / Practical Construction Workers – Hamina Data Center Project

Jatkil Oy is looking for reliable and hands‑on workers for a data center construction project in Hamina, Finland.

This position is suitable for people who are comfortable using tools and have practical experience in installation, construction, or similar work. Previous experience with cable tray or cable ladder installation is an advantage, but we are also interested in motivated and skilled workers who are willing to learn.

Main duties include:

• Installing cable trays and cable ladders
• Installing brackets, supports, and other mounting components
• Measuring and marking installation points
• Using drills, hand tools, and laser measuring equipment
• Cable route and cable tray installations
• Other practical construction site tasks
• Following site instructions and safety regulations

We expect you to have:

• Reliability and a good work attitude
• A practical approach and ability to use common tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous experience in construction, installation, or similar practical work
• Basic English skills and the ability to understand simple construction site instructions
• Previous experience with cable tray or cable route installations is considered an advantage

Training / Safety Cards

A valid Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti) is an advantage.

If necessary, required training and site-specific qualifications can be arranged before starting work.

Salary

€16/hour + applicable allowances
