Job description

Join Jettime - Cabin Crew Opportunities at Our Helsinki Base

Deliver Excellence in the Skies with a Truly Unique Airline. Can you deliver excellent service? Do you thrive in an environment that offers a lot of variety and a working schedule that is never the same? If YES, you have come to the right place.

Jettime is delighted to announce that we are recruiting Cabin Crew to our base in Helsinki, Finland. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic airline that partners with some of the biggest names in Nordic aviation while maintaining its own unique, cheerful, and can-do culture.

What Makes Jettime Special? Jettime functions as a supplier of aircraft and crew to some of the biggest Nordic airlines in Northern Europe, including SAS, Finnair, and Air Greenland. In addition to this, we also have close cooperation with various charter operators such as TUI. This means you'll gain invaluable experience across different operational styles while being part of a close-knit team that feels like family. Our "can-do" attitude combined with our genuine cheerful atmosphere makes the onboard journey memorable—for our passengers and for our crew.

The Role: Your Office at 35,000 Feet

As Cabin Crew in Jettime, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe journey for our passengers. In addition to this, you are entrusted to deliver an unforgettable customer service experience to our guests onboard. Every flight is an opportunity to make a difference, and every day brings new adventures.

Employment Details

Position: Cabin Crew.
Base: Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL).
Employment Type: Full-time fixed-term until 31.10.2027, with a possibility for full-time permanent employment.
Employed directly by: Jettime Oy.
Working Hours: As Cabin Crew, your working hours follow a schedule you will receive at least 14 days in advance. The job may cover all hours and days of the week, including nights and holiday days—which is why we must emphasise the importance of flexibility and adaptability. To clarify, this role deviates entirely from a traditional 9-17 job. As Cabin Crew, you can expect to spend consecutive nights away from your home base—either at one of our destinations or at one of our Nordic bases. The great fellowship amongst colleagues in Jettime will provide many opportunities for social activities and for creating fun memories with colleagues.

To Be a Successful Jettime Cabin Crew Member

We're looking for individuals who bring the right attitude and energy to our team. You are:

  • Service-minded, flexible, and resilient —you thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive towards the service industry —you enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Efficient, punctual, and adaptable —you embrace change with a smile.
  • Highly aware of your surroundings —you have excellent situational awareness.
  • A team player with independent spirit —you collaborate well but can also work autonomously.

Requirements
  • At least 20 years old.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English, preferably with good language skills in Swedish.
  • High school diploma or at least 2 years of work experience, preferably from the service or health care industry (e.g., travel guide, receptionist, shop assistant, nurse, social worker, or similar).
  • Good physical health combined with stable mental health —these are prerequisites required to successfully manage the Cabin Crew training course and job.
  • Able to obtain an approved aeromedical examination, as well as a clear drug & alcohol test before starting the course.
  • Height between 160-195 cm.
  • Valid EU passport with a minimum of 6 months validity when the training course starts.
  • Able to swim a minimum of 200 meters unaided.
  • During standby duties, you must be able to reach your departure gate at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL) within 90 minutes.
  • Ability to get security clearance and have a clean criminal record.
  • You must also be able to provide documentation proving your whereabouts and activities during the past 5 years, including past jobs, degrees, etc. No exceptions.
  • Willing and able to follow Jettime uniform regulations and policies — visible tattoos must be approved prior to employment.
How to Become a Jettime Cabin Crew Member

We will facilitate your 4 weeks of training, which takes place at our training department located at the Jettime HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What we provide
  • Accommodation during the course for HEL-based applicants.
  • One set of return tickets to and from Copenhagen (scheduled for your arrival on the first course day and scheduled back home on your last course day).
  • Lunch during your training.
  • During the Cabin Crew training course, you will be assessed through various tests and exams, all of which you must pass in order to graduate.
  • The course will ensure you receive skills and qualifications in areas such as first aid, safety, theory of flight, communication and cooperation, as well as training in sales and service.
  • A successful completion of the entire course, combined with an approved background check, are requirements for employment in Jettime.
