Job summary

A leading food company in Finland seeks a dynamic Brand Manager to take ownership of the Alentaja brand. You will be responsible for strategic planning, product launches, and consumer communication, with the potential for additional responsibilities in brand marketing. This role allows for remote work two days a week. Candidates should have strong brand management experience, particularly in healthy food, and fluency in Finnish and English.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand Manager with commercial mindset to join our Marketing team in Finland. In this role, you will take full ownership of the profitable commercial development of the Alentaja brand and, depending on your experience, may have the opportunity to gain additional responsibility within brand marketing. You will contribute to strategic planning and ensure its successful implementation in marketing activities. You will be responsible for product launches, consumer communication, and the development of other marketing materials to achieve Bunge Finland’s overall business objectives. The position is a temporary replacement for parental leave. With Bunge, you have the opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Develop and execute annual marketing plans securing successful execution.
  • Business Development: Drive brand growth through portfolio management and innovations / new product launches and changes, budget and product profitability management.
  • Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing activities in line with set brand objectives.
  • Analysis & Collaboration: Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour as well as monitor brand performance.
  • Creative Leadership: Guide agency partners to deliver impactful advertising campaigns, PR executions as well as other marketing activities.
  • Reporting: Monitor budgets and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
What we are looking for
  • Work experience: Strong experience in brand management or similar marketing roles, preferably in healthy food.
  • Innovative mindset: A constant desire to develop and see new possibilities.
  • Project leadership: Ability to manage projects independently with several stakeholders with persuasive communication skills.
  • FMCG knowledge: Understanding of the grocery retail landscape is an advantage.
  • Market insight: Understanding of trends and consumer behaviour and finding ways to engage consumers with the brands.
  • Finnish mother tongue and fluency in English.
