Job summary

Winthrop Technologies in Vaasa, Finland, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their dynamic team in the data centre industry. Responsibilities include attending coordination meetings, managing vendor issues, and ensuring project progress. Responsibilities

• Attending morning coordination meetings & afternoon DABs.
• Dealing with vendors issues on site.
• Attending Cx & Client/vendor meetings.
• Review drawings, RFI’s, technical submittals from vendors.
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors to ensure commissioning progress.
• Reviewing screenshots from BMS/EPMS vendors L3 testing.
• Inspecting completed works for QAQC sign off.
• Uploading documents onto the Cx portal for tagging.

• Dealing with vendors issues on site
• Attending Cx & Client/vendor meetings
• Review drawings, RFI’s, technical submittals from vendors and chasing the design team for answers
• Liaising with 3rdparty vendors to make sure all commissioning is progressing
• Reviewing screenshots from the BMS/EPMS vendors L3 testing
• Inspecting the finished works on vendor completion for QAQC sign off
• Uploading documents & links onto the Cx portal to attain Red/Yellow/Green tags
