Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python backend development with async programming.
• Strong OO design and clean service architecture.
• REST API design experience with FastAPI.
• Experience with ORMs and migrations (SQLAlchemy/Alembic).
• Practical AI agent building with LangChain/LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services and REST APIs in Python/FastAPI.
• Build agentic workflows and tools via MCP (FastMCP).
• Develop features on top of semantic models and gold-layer data.
• Design database schemas and migrations (SQLAlchemy & Alembic).
• Write asynchronous, production-grade Python with test coverage.
