Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full B2B sales cycle, from inquiry to completion
- Following up on client cases during the operations stage
- Coordinating travel service orders with both suppliers and the in-house operations team
- Handling customer and supplier billing and managing client accounts
- Preparing sales reports for company management
- Participating in training sessions (remote & on-site in sales destinations)
- Attending fam-trips to key sales destinations
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Remote work from any location within 2 hours of GMT+2 (Finland)
- Office-based work around 4 months a year (during October-January) in Levi, Finnish Lapland
- Company provides accommodation during office-based months
- Flexible work schedule
- Main working language: English (C1+ level required)
- Knowledge of French, German, or other languages is a strong advantage
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a tour operator/travel agency specializing in Finland/Scandinavia
- Excellent English skills (C1+ level) (written & spoken)
- Strong self-discipline and accuracy
- Good numerical and calculation skills
- Results-driven approach with strong task completion skills
- High teamwork capability
- Willingness to travel or relocate for 4 months a year to Finnish Lapland
- Eagerness to learn and continuously update knowledge of destination products
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a similar position within a travel company in Finland/Scandinavia
- Familiarity with customer service & sales processes in the travel industry
